Welcome to the website of The Chelsea Knolls Homeowners Association, Inc.

Chelsea Knolls is a wonderful upscale community located in Mount Airy, Maryland in the western portion of Howard County.   

The development of the Chelsea Knolls community was started in 2014 with the last of the 14 single family homes sold in 2016.  

Our community is perfectly situated just minutes from I-70 which makes for easy commuting into Frederick or Baltimore with Washington, DC only being 40 miles away.  The community is within minutes of beautiful parks and hiking trails, entertainment and fabulous dining options.
